Senior SAFe System Architect

Job summary

The role involves leading the architectural vision for an Agile Release Train (ART) focused on hearing aid technology and accessories. The Senior SAFe System Architect will work closely with a team of engineers and other architects to ensure alignment between business strategy and technology execution.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
• Experience in a senior technical leadership role such as Architect or Lead Engineer.
• Background in electro-acoustics is essential.
• Familiarity with Agile product development, preferably within SAFe frameworks.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the architectural vision for the ART.
• Drive system architecture with a focus on electro-acoustic systems.
• Develop architectural enablers and technical roadmaps for future products.
• Align ART architecture with overall Device Hardware strategy.
• Support PI Planning and guide Agile teams in balancing immediate delivery with long-term sustainability.
• Coach teams on architecture and SAFe principles.

• Deep technical insight in hardware product development.
• Ability to identify emerging technologies and evaluate technical risks.

Education

• Degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline.

Tools
