Responsibilities

• Oversee and support finance operations processes throughout the order-to-cash lifecycle.
• Ensure precise and efficient execution of billing, reconciliations, and revenue-related tasks.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on ERP systems and operational processes.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, reconciliations, data inconsistencies, and process inefficiencies.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and ensure accurate alignment of systems and revenue data.
• Collaborate closely with RevOps, Commercial, Finance, and Product Supply teams to facilitate smooth operations.
• Drive continuous improvements in systems, workflows, and operational processes.
• Identify and support automation initiatives to enhance scalability and minimize manual effort.
• Maintain high standards of data quality, operational accuracy, and process integrity.
• Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on revenue operations topics.

Education

• Relevant educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field is typically expected.

Tools

• Experience with ERP systems and finance tools is essential.
