Responsibilities

• Oversee finance operations processes throughout the order-to-cash lifecycle.
• Ensure accurate execution of billing, reconciliations, and revenue activities.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for ERP systems and operational processes.
• Investigate and resolve billing issues and data inconsistencies.
• Support month-end close activities and ensure data alignment.
• Collaborate with RevOps, Commercial, Finance, and Product Supply teams for operational efficiency.
• Drive improvements in systems and workflows.
• Identify automation opportunities to enhance scalability and reduce manual tasks.
• Maintain high data quality and operational accuracy.
• Provide guidance on revenue operations topics to stakeholders.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in finance or related fields.

Tools

• Experience with ERP systems and finance-related software.
