Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coach product development teams on quality assurance and testing methods.
• Lead quality assurance activities in prioritized product development projects.
• Plan and implement quality activities to ensure desired quality outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive results and identify improvement areas.
• Act as a quality and risk management advisor to project managers.
• Identify and mitigate product quality risks throughout the development process.
• Challenge existing processes and implement new methods where necessary.
