Senior Project Manager (Power Systems, Remote)

Job summary

The role involves managing complex, large-scale electrical projects with a focus on critical infrastructure and high voltage (HV) systems. The Senior Project Manager will oversee various stages of project development, ensuring successful delivery through collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience in managing critical infrastructure projects, including HV Cables, HV Substations, Offshore Wind, or Datacentre projects.
• Significant experience in project management, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills for effective communication and conflict resolution.
• Advanced knowledge of project development stages, including feasibility, conceptual design, and EPC delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage time, quality, and financial aspects of projects to meet deadlines and success criteria.
• Guide and review engineering designs, ensuring compliance with QA/QC procedures and relevant codes and standards.
• Host and lead design meetings, coordinating work across various disciplines.
• Build and maintain client relationships, effectively communicating technical knowledge to align projects with client objectives.

Education
