Senior Product Manager (Remote)

Job summary

This role focuses on shaping the future of reporting and insights by enabling customers and internal teams to confidently address critical workforce, payroll, finance, and compliance questions through well-designed reporting experiences.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience as a Product Manager with a focus on reporting, analytics, data platforms, or insights products.
• Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code, capable of building, debugging, and shipping functional code and prototypes.
• Strong data literacy, comfortable with data models, schemas, and SQL for validating results and ensuring trustworthy metrics.
• Deep empathy for customers and understanding of their workflows.
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and navigate trade-offs effectively.
• Strong UX sensibilities, aiming for simple and useful data experiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Business-level proficiency in English.
• Domain expertise in HR Tech, payroll, finance, compliance, or B2B SaaS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision and roadmap for a multi-surface reporting system.
• Understand customer reporting needs and translate them into product priorities.
• Own payroll-grade reporting capabilities and ensure auditability and observability.
• Develop intelligent insights experiences using AI and anomaly detection.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable reporting solutions.
• Establish KPIs for product impact and continuously improve based on feedback.
