Senior Product Engineer (Process Industry, Remote)

Job summary

The role involves supporting and executing factory acceptance tests (FAT) and commissioning of new installations, with a focus on enhancing customer experience in the process industry. The position requires extensive travel and collaboration with various teams and customers globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering (process or chemical).
• 5-10 years of experience in the process industry, particularly in commissioning work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of Electrical & Instrumentation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Execute FAT and commissioning of new installations.
• Provide expert troubleshooting for evaporation plants.
• Train field service engineers and customers.
• Offer technical support including remote assistance and claim investigations.
• Collaborate closely with the central Business Unit organization.
• Maintain frequent communication with sales companies and customers regarding technical support and training.
• Develop evaporation service agreements.
