Senior Product Engineer - Process

Job summary

The role involves supporting and executing Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and commissioning of new installations, as well as providing expert troubleshooting on evaporation plants. The position requires training field service engineers and customers, offering technical support, and collaborating closely with the central Business Unit organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering (process/chemical).
• 5-10 years of experience in the process industry, including commissioning work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Electrical & Instrumentation knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute FAT and commissioning of new installations.
• Troubleshoot issues on evaporation plants.
• Train field service engineers and customers.
• Provide technical support including remote assistance and claim investigations.
• Collaborate with sales companies and customers regarding technical support and training.
• Develop evaporation service agreements.
• Travel approximately 140 days per year, sometimes on short notice.
