Qualifications

• Over 7 years of experience in product design, preferably in B2B SaaS or AI-related fields.
• A strong portfolio showcasing user impact and business results, demonstrating clear design thinking.
• Exceptional UI and interaction design skills.
• Proven understanding of AI and its application in design.
• Experience collaborating with Product Management and Engineering teams to deliver user-centered products.
• Strong grasp of UX practices, information architecture, and user-centered design methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision for the Engage product, challenging industry norms.
• Lead innovation with an AI-first approach, exploring generative AI's potential in product development.
• Take an entrepreneurial approach to product execution, navigating ambiguity and building lean experiments.
• Master design tools to create a leading facilitation experience while ensuring ease of use.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges related to AI quality and feature discoverability.
• Mentor other designers and contribute to the evolution of design systems and internal tools.
