Job summary

The role involves leading the visual and verbal identity of a fast-growing health tech company, driving creative campaigns from concept to delivery, and ensuring the brand's narrative resonates globally.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in art direction, creative production, and design execution.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing graphic, video, and motion work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, or similar tools.
  • Experience in developing campaign concepts and executing them to completion.
  • Understanding of social media performance, particularly on platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Strong communication and writing skills for crafting briefs and captions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English; Danish is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the visual direction across all brand touchpoints, ensuring consistency.
  • Define and maintain the visual identity system across various formats and channels.
  • Lead the production of creative assets for social media, websites, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with the Global Digital Marketing Lead and Brand Activation Lead.
  • Develop compelling campaign concepts and write supporting copy.

Skills

  • Strong artistic vision and ability to translate brand strategy into visuals.
  • High standards for quality and speed in creative execution.
  • Ability to act as a creative partner and push ideas further.

Education

  • Relevant degree in design, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Tools

  • Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, and other design software.
