Job summary

This role is a 6-month fixed-term contract for a Senior Content Designer focused on creating impactful product content experiences for business customers. The position requires collaboration across various teams and effective management of timelines.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in content design and/or UX writing.
  • Proven examples of content that have driven business results or influenced squad decisions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly in English.
  • Familiarity with UX design tools, especially Figma.
  • Interest in integrating AI into content design processes is a plus.
  • Experience in ambiguous project environments with diverse stakeholder input.
  • Background in writing and designing for UK and US business audiences is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Design, write, and edit in-product content to enhance user experience and achieve data-driven outcomes.
  • Develop product narratives and documentation in collaboration with product teams.
  • Lead B2B product content strategy and conduct regular testing.
  • Apply strategic thinking to UX guidance and content audits.
  • Engage in discussions about Content Design and AI, including designing prompts for new features.
  • Provide and receive feedback within the UX design team and conduct content critiques.
  • Participate in design sessions and create wireframes and high-fidelity mocks in Figma.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from engineering, product design, research, marketing, and analytics.
