Job summary

This role is a senior-level position focused on brand strategy, product design, and digital experience. The designer will influence user interactions with digital products while maintaining a consistent brand identity across various platforms.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in UI/UX and brand design, preferably with leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional design projects and managing creative workflows.
  • Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong grasp of the UX lifecycle, including user research and usability testing.
  • Ability to create cohesive digital experiences from complex brand identities.
  • Experience in designing marketing assets with a focus on user behavior and conversion.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Nice-to-haves: motion design (After Effects), basic HTML/CSS knowledge, familiarity with AI design tools, and experience in remote teams.
