Senior Portfolio Manager (Renewable Energy, EU Remote)

Job summary

The role involves driving the growth of renewable asset and battery business across the EU, focusing on securing profitable long-term offtake agreements and optimizing asset portfolios. The position is key to developing innovative trading solutions in the renewable energy sector.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of end-to-end asset business trade processes
• Minimum 5 years of experience in power trading, asset management, or a related field
• Master’s degree in economics, finance, physics, engineering, or a related discipline
• Experience in pricing renewable portfolios
• Proficient in data handling and interpretation

Responsibilities

• Optimize agreements for renewable and flexible assets
• Collaborate with Origination to price trading contracts
• Manage portfolio risks across various asset classes and markets
• Develop and implement new contract structures and products
• Identify and enter new markets for asset-backed trading
• Support the integration of asset contracts into trading operations and systems
