Senior Platform Integration Specialist

Job summary

The role focuses on the technical integration aspects of onboarding new Institutional clients to a customized trading platform. The position involves configuring the platform, managing technical integration efforts, and ensuring client needs are met during the onboarding and hyper care phases.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or Business Management preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Project management experience, ideally in the FinTech sector.
• Knowledge of API technologies (SOAP, REST) and experience in analyzing server logs is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Address technical and configuration inquiries from clients and colleagues.
• Conduct investigations using querying, log analysis, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Facilitate the transition of clients from pre-sales to onboarding.
• Collaborate with clients to build customized trading platforms based on their requirements.
• Assist clients during the transition from onboarding to hyper care, including training on tools.
• Engage in activities beneficial to Institutional clients or local subsidiaries, such as document writing and client training.

Education

• Degree in IT or Business Management is desirable.
