Job summary

This role involves managing paid media campaigns for a variety of brands in a fully remote setting. The position requires a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution, focusing on optimizing campaign performance from inception to completion.

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience in paid media within an agency or performance marketing context.
  • Strong expertise in managing TikTok Ads, including campaign structures and optimization.
  • Solid experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads, including various campaign types.
  • Proven track record in managing lead generation and app install campaigns.
  • Experience with six-figure monthly advertising budgets.
  • Ability to build client relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads and additional tools like GA4 and Google Tag Manager is a plus.
