Senior OT Security Engineer

Job summary

This role involves leading the expansion of Operational Technology (OT) security capabilities within a Global Cyber Defence Centre. The position focuses on implementing security solutions and providing guidance to production sites globally.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in OT Security.
• Strong hands-on experience in designing and implementing OT security controls and architectures.
• Proven ability to engage with multiple stakeholders and advance security initiatives.
• Experience in environments reliant on stable, secure production systems.
• Ability to balance security needs with operational continuity in industrial settings.
• Strong communication skills for influencing both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Implement and operate OT security solutions aligned with strategic targets.
• Collaborate with Cyber Threat Intelligence to provide security guidance.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for critical OT assets.
• Ensure compliance with security frameworks through technical execution.
• Manage technical documentation, including design and rollout plans.
• Support incident response processes with OT security guidance.
• Design and execute cyber exercises for various regions.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity or a related field.
