• Strong understanding of data governance principles and change management methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives and collaborate across functions and seniority levels.
• Advanced knowledge in master data domains such as customer, supplier, product, or financial.

Responsibilities

• Lead modernization and transformation initiatives within master data management tools and processes.
• Drive process optimization and automation across master data workflows.
• Ensure master data readiness and stability during system transformations and enterprise projects.
• Manage high-impact master data projects in collaboration with IT and business stakeholders.
• Establish and enforce governance standards to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Act as a strategic partner to business stakeholders, translating data governance into business value.

Skills
