Qualifications

  • Significant experience in marketing analytics, attribution, or MarTech.
  • Strong technical knowledge of tracking, data flows, and system integrations.
  • Proven track record in identifying, evaluating, and implementing tools and vendors.
  • Deep understanding of customer journeys and omnichannel marketing.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Looker, Power BI, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SQL, or Excel.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate across functions and markets.
  • Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.

This position is part of a dedicated Marketing Analytics team that collaborates across markets and functions, providing opportunities for professional development and impact in measuring and improving marketing effectiveness globally.

  • Drive the development and adoption of marketing attribution frameworks and MarTech solutions.
  • Identify and prioritize global and local business needs, including call tracking and server-side tracking.
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new technologies and vendors.
  • Ensure effective integration of new systems into existing processes and data flows.
  • Act as a liaison between Marketing, Commercial, and IT to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Develop frameworks like lead scoring to enhance commercial performance and customer targeting.
  • Support market onboarding, training, and continuous optimization for data quality.
  • Drive governance and education around data models, tracking setup, and attribution best practices.
  • Manage key MarTech partnerships within the marketing technology stack.
