Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in technology, financial services, or fintech sectors, with a minimum of 2 years in a marketing specialist capacity.
  • Proven track record in contributing to growth metrics such as web traffic, leads, client conversions, or revenue generation.
  • Experience utilizing AI to enhance work efficiency.
  • Familiarity with managing multi-brand or multi-audience product portfolios and understanding of conversion funnels.
  • Background in budget management and making data-driven recommendations on marketing program trade-offs.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience engaging with user or developer communities to foster technology adoption.
  • Comfortable in a remote-first work environment with diverse teams.
  • Collaborative mindset with effective communication skills for engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to leverage a professional network to support business objectives and team growth.

Responsibilities

  • Define marketing objectives in partnership with senior leadership, translating high-level goals into actionable plans.
  • Execute marketing strategies and tactics on a quarterly and annual basis, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Coordinate with business unit marketing leads and local/community management teams to expand the addressable market for products.
  • Manage project workflows across various channels, tracking performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Brand and PR teams to maintain a consistent narrative about the company's role in the decentralized web.
  • Manage a portfolio of products across multiple brands and customer segments, supporting campaign planning and budget tracking.
  • Utilize professional network and industry knowledge to assist in business development and team growth.
