Senior Marketing Manager (Pharma, Ballerup)

Job summary

The role involves leading global marketing initiatives for a first-in-class rare disease brand within the medical dermatology sector. The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, enhancing patient-centric communication, and collaborating with global and local stakeholders to ensure alignment with market needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Proven track record in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns and tactics.
• Experience with peer-to-peer events and congress activities.
• Familiarity with digital customer engagement and marketing automation platforms such as Veeva or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive patient-centric communication and support initiatives, including developing patient support program materials.
• Execute peer-to-peer activities, webinars, and meeting-in-a-box concepts in collaboration with Medical Affairs.
• Lead the brand’s presence at congresses, including booth design and communication strategies.
• Develop real-world evidence communication and value-based messaging for market relevance.
• Collaborate with affiliates to understand local needs and support strategic alignment.

Skills

• Strong marketing experience with a focus on pharmaceutical brand execution.
• Ability to translate scientific and market insights into effective communication.
• Creative, solution-driven, and self-motivated with strong project management skills.

Education

• Master’s degree preferred.

Tools

• Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Veeva and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
