Job summary

The role focuses on enhancing marketing effectiveness through the identification and implementation of new systems and attribution methods. The Senior Marketing Attribution Specialist will play a crucial role in shaping the marketing attribution strategy and driving the development of MarTech solutions.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in digital marketing, data analytics, and marketing attribution.
  • Strong technical understanding of data models, tracking systems, and system integrations.
  • Proven ability to identify, evaluate, and implement new systems and partnerships.
  • Deep knowledge of consumer journeys, omnichannel campaign management, and data flows from tracking to reporting.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Google Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with marketing attribution tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SQL, and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement lead scoring in collaboration with Marketing, Commercial, and IT teams.
  • Identify and evaluate global and local needs for Call Tracking solutions, Server-Side Partners, Customer Data Platforms, and Microsoft CE.
  • Lead the implementation and stakeholder management of new systems, ensuring effective integration with existing processes.
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate across global teams and local markets.
  • Lead global vendor selection and procurement efforts.
  • Educate on data model and governance, emphasizing accurate attribution setup.
  • Manage overall partnerships within the Marketing tech-stack.

  • Excellent stakeholder collaboration skills in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Tools

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Google Looker, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
