Qualifications

• Relevant academic degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of leadership experience in a project-driven or matrix organization.
• Extensive experience in procurement and contract management, preferably in EPCI, EPCM, or large-scale project environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of procurement and contract managers, collaborating closely with colleagues in Denmark and India.
