Job summary

This role involves leading Lifecycle Implementations & Operations within a global Customer Lifecycle team, focusing on optimizing and scaling operational setups in a marketing automation platform. The position emphasizes driving efficiency and consistency in automated marketing programs.

Qualifications

  • Over 7 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or martech operations, preferably in a global context.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Bloomreach, Salesforce, or Adobe.
  • Proven ability to build scalable operational frameworks and enhance efficiency.
  • Understanding of AI solutions and experience in implementing AI in marketing operations.
  • Strong skills in translating strategy into executable workflows.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration across business, tech, and markets.
  • Data-driven and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Commercial understanding of customer lifecycle metrics.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of lifecycle programs in the marketing automation platform, ensuring quality and scalability.
  • Define best practices and governance for lifecycle and platform operations.
  • Manage the testing roadmap for automated marketing initiatives.
  • Optimize workflows, templates, and automation frameworks to enhance scalability.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI in lifecycle operations and partner with tech teams to integrate AI capabilities.
  • Act as a liaison between strategy and execution to ensure smooth initiative deployment.
  • Collaborate with various teams to align global frameworks with local market needs.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team focused on execution excellence.
