Senior Management Consultant (Data and AI, Aarhus)

Job summary

The role involves working closely with clients to develop and implement data strategies and modern data platforms that facilitate AI initiatives. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between business ambitions and actionable data management practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a consultancy or senior in-house data role.
• Proven expertise in data platforms, data strategy, and data management with a focus on enabling AI.
• Familiarity with modern data stacks, including cloud data platforms and lakehouse architectures.
• Strong facilitation skills for workshops and stakeholder alignment.
• Relevant master's degree in fields such as Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Business.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Scandinavian languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop data and AI strategies in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
• Design and implement modern data platforms and architectures for analytics and AI.
• Establish data governance and management practices to enhance data quality and ownership.
• Lead project delivery from strategy formulation to implementation, ensuring client impact.
• Support business development through consulting experience and client networks in the Nordics.
