Senior Logistics Specialist

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering, or a related field
• Over 10 years of experience in logistics, logistics engineering, material flow optimization, or process excellence roles
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse/logistics operations and SAP EWM (or similar systems)
• Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI dashboards and data-driven decision-making
• Proven project management and stakeholder engagement experience across functions and geographies
• Familiarity with automation technologies, digital logistics tools, and sustainability frameworks
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills

Responsibilities

• Design, standardize, and optimize logistics and warehouse processes for operational efficiency, compliance, and sustainability
• Promote continuous improvement through process excellence, digitalization, automation, and cross-functional collaboration
• Ensure seamless SAP integration and stable operations across global logistics functions
• Lead projects and collaborate with various teams to drive change management and training initiatives
