• Develop detailed marketing activation plans for Kids and Preschool product lines, ensuring brand consistency.
• Translate campaign strategies into actionable plans that resonate with children and their guardians.
• Integrate LEGO Insiders program into Kids campaigns, enhancing member engagement and loyalty.
• Collaborate with Integrated Marketing and Membership teams to align strategies and campaign planning.
• Lead shopper marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment between brand messaging and retail activation.
• Utilize consumer insights and campaign performance data to optimize marketing impact.
