Senior GenAI Specialist

Job summary

This role involves designing, building, and operating AI systems to enhance digital customer experiences in the insurance sector. You will work on developing production-grade AI agents that provide personalized and actionable support to customers across the Nordics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in building and deploying LLM-powered or agentic systems in production.
• Strong hands-on Python engineering skills.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with production APIs and internal data.
• Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Knowledge of AI evaluation metrics and production monitoring.
• Strong cloud and software engineering practices, particularly with Azure.
• Excellent communication skills for technical discussions.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic workflows, including API integration and context management.
• Establish evaluation and observability practices for AI systems.
• Set technical direction and make architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to develop high-value solutions.

Skills

• Hands-on experience with AI systems, orchestration, and state management.
• Knowledge of retrieval pipelines and grounding strategies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, IaC, and reliable API design.

Education

• Relevant degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.

Tools

• Experience with Azure, Git, and various AI frameworks is beneficial.
