Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (Fintech)

Job summary

This role involves contributing to the development of enterprise products within the Investment Operations Product Area, focusing on enhancing efficiency for operations users in financial institutions. You will work in a self-organized Scrum team and collaborate with colleagues across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of professional experience with C# (.NET or .NET Framework) and Angular.
• Extensive experience in designing and developing enterprise applications.
• Strong expertise in automation frameworks and CI/CD processes.
• Solid understanding of manual testing techniques and QA best practices.
• Familiarity with Cloud and On-Prem infrastructures.
• Proficient English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate or higher).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain new features for both front-end and back-end systems.
• Take technical ownership of feature delivery, ensuring quality and performance.
• Drive an automation-first approach by designing and maintaining tests.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Technical Leads during development phases.
• Mentor less experienced engineers through pair programming and code reviews.
• Engage in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.

Skills

• Deep knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools (Git, TeamCity, Azure DevOps).
• Experience with relational databases (SQL).
• Understanding of software architecture and design patterns, including Domain Driven Design.
• Familiarity with XP practices (TDD, pair programming, CI).

Tools

• Microsoft Azure and related tools for building and managing pipelines.
