About the role

Job summary

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will develop tools and services for application launch on a financial services platform. This role involves working with TypeScript and React frontends alongside Go services, focusing on improving partner onboarding and app management processes.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in building production full-stack applications.
  • Proficient in TypeScript and React.
  • Familiarity with Go or another modern backend language.
  • Strong SQL skills, preferably with PostgreSQL.
  • Experience in designing REST APIs and integrating distributed services.
  • Knowledge of OAuth, OIDC, or similar authorization systems.
  • Proven ability to deliver secure, user-facing features from start to finish.
  • Excellent communication skills and sound judgment in ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Connect experiences using TypeScript and React, supported by Go services.
  • Enhance app onboarding, compliance review, and management processes.
  • Transform manual workflows into clear, auditable self-service systems.
  • Design APIs and integrations with various systems including identity and trading.
  • Take ownership of features from design to production and guide the technical direction of the team.

Skills

  • Strong programming skills in TypeScript and React.
  • Experience with Go or similar backend languages.
  • Proficient in SQL and relational databases.
  • Familiar with REST API design and distributed service integration.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in software engineering or a related field.
