Job summary

As a Senior Frontend Engineer specializing in Martech, you will contribute to enhancing customer experiences through frontend engineering, customer data, and marketing technology. This role involves both hands-on implementation and strategic oversight of platforms and data flows.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a frontend engineer or developer, preferably at a senior level.
• Familiarity with Martech, customer platforms, or digital experience ecosystems.
• Experience with tracking, analytics implementations, and customer data flows.
• Understanding of customer data, consent, personalization, and activation across platforms.
• Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), especially Twilio Segment, is advantageous.
• Strong collaborative skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to see the broader technical and business context, with a focus on solution architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance frontend implementations for customer-facing journeys and Martech applications.
• Establish and evolve a robust Customer Data Platform foundation.
• Ensure reliable insights and activation through tracking and analytics across web and CRM platforms.
• Contribute to initiatives like abandoned basket flows and B2B newsletter consent flows.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, CRM, and marketing teams to design effective solutions.
• Maintain a systems mindset to connect platforms and customer data effectively.

Skills

• Proficiency in Javascript, Python, or data-related tools.
• Experience with CRM automation and personalization initiatives.
• Familiarity with customer-facing platform integrations.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
