Senior Frontend Engineer (Copenhagen)

Job summary

We are looking for an experienced Frontend Engineer to join a team focused on developing AI-powered customer knowledge management solutions in Copenhagen. This role involves collaborating with backend engineers and product teams to enhance user experiences through modern frontend technologies.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of professional experience in frontend engineering, with strong skills in React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Proven ability to design and operate complex frontend systems, including micro-frontends and high-traffic applications.
• Experience with performance testing and optimization for frontend applications.
• Familiarity with backend technologies such as Ruby on Rails and Node.js, as well as REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend features using React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Collaborate with ML scientists and product teams to implement AI capabilities.
• Lead the design and architecture for user-facing features.
• Drive improvements in engineering practices and development workflows.
• Ensure operational stability and reliability of production frontend applications.

Skills

• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures and cloud deployment technologies is a plus.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
