Job summary

This role involves driving global SG&A performance and influencing strategic decisions within a large integrated logistics organization. The Senior FP&A Analyst will play a crucial role in financial planning and performance management, collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• Extensive experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or performance management within a global organization.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance core FP&A processes, including financial planning cycles and performance management.
• Own global SG&A reporting governance, defining and implementing standards and guidelines.
• Deliver executive-ready narratives that translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Act as a trusted finance partner to the CFO and ensure alignment across functions.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing recommendations for performance optimization.
• Lead cross-functional projects related to performance management and process improvements.
