Senior Analyst, FP&A (Pharmaceuticals, Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role involves shaping executive decision-making through performance management and financial planning in a global pharmaceutical context. The Senior Analyst will contribute to monitoring performance, running forecasting processes, and delivering insights that support capital allocation decisions.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or performance management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with financial planning cycles including budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience with SAP and AI tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly performance reports to the Executive Leadership Team, identifying key risks and opportunities.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and collaborate with functional finance teams for deep-dive insights.
• Participate in Group-level short-term forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
• Create presentations for senior management and the Executive Leadership Team.
