Job summary

The role involves providing financial insights and support to the EMEA logistics and distribution operations, focusing on enhancing business performance through finance and supply chain collaboration.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in P&L and cost management within Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics sectors, ideally in retail, FMCG, or logistics.
• Proven cross-functional business partnering experience with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate insights effectively.
• Detail-oriented with structured problem-solving capabilities.
• Resilient and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
• Experience in cross-site collaboration is preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Proficient in English and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Finance Business Partner to the EMEA Omni Operations leadership and finance teams.
• Manage financial performance and planning for EMEA Omni Operations, including budget development and forecasting.
• Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
• Provide in-depth analytics on logistics and distribution costs, offering actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate on global cost transformation initiatives to identify savings opportunities and monitor outcomes.
• Implement process improvements for finance operations and controls.
• Ensure data quality in finance related to operational costs.
• Support long-range planning and distribution network assessments.
