Job summary

This senior finance partnering position involves overseeing the financial performance cycle for Production Europe, acting as a trusted advisor to leadership while managing a team of finance partners. The role emphasizes collaboration with operational stakeholders to enhance manufacturing efficiency and competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Over 8 years of relevant experience in plant controlling, financial planning & analysis, or regional finance partnering.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial performance reviews, rolling forecasts, annual budgets, and CAPEX business cases for Production Europe.
• Provide strategic insights and challenge assumptions to meet area targets.
• Drive transparency and continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and promoting best practices.
• Ensure governance across Operations and Finance by aligning processes and clarifying roles.

Skills

• Strong budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and performance management capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP/BI systems, particularly SAP CO-PC and Power BI.
• Excellent analytical judgment and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership experience with a focus on coaching and developing team members.
