Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in external communications, corporate communications, or public relations, preferably in a global B2B context
• Strong background in executive communications and collaboration with senior leadership

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global external communications strategy aligned with business goals
• Shape and deliver consistent corporate messaging across various external channels
• Manage proactive and reactive media relations, including press releases and spokesperson preparation
• Support crisis communications and reputation management with senior leadership
• Create executive communication materials such as speeches and presentations
• Facilitate internal communications for town halls and strategic announcements
• Ensure messaging consistency between internal and external communications
• Drive storytelling initiatives to enhance brand positioning
• Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to amplify campaigns
• Provide strategic counsel on communication risks and opportunities
• Monitor media coverage and communication performance for insights
• Manage external agencies to support communication initiatives
