Responsibilities

• Develop and implement franchise strategy, including positioning, portfolio management, and growth initiatives.
• Enhance the brand and business of LEGO City through strategic positioning, product development, and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and channel teams.
• Set portfolio priorities in partnership with design teams, ensuring a balance of play value and innovation.
• Foster team development by coaching franchise marketers and promoting a culture of experimentation and learning.
