• Willingness to travel within Denmark.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Kids & Ecosystem Technology engineering cluster, managing multiple product teams and budgets.
• Drive technical excellence and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful digital solutions.
• Shape the vision and strategy for the kids’ domain, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Set technical direction and ensure its adoption across engineering teams and partners.
• Ensure timely delivery and adherence to engineering quality standards.
• Recruit and develop engineering talent, creating clear career paths and growth opportunities.
• Optimize resource allocation based on strategic priorities and manage vendor relationships.
• Foster a culture of innovation and efficiency in engineering practices.

Skills

• Familiarity with child-safe digital products and compliance frameworks (e.g., COPPA, GDPR-K).
• Knowledge of cloud services and modern engineering toolchains.
• Experience with continuous delivery, DevOps, and domain-driven design.
• Background in productionizing AI/ML solutions for enhanced user experiences.
• Experience in consumer-facing digital products with high engagement metrics.
