Job summary

This role is focused on redefining shopper-centric retail solutions by bridging brand storytelling with commercial execution to create impactful physical and digital retail experiences. The position involves leading a high-impact team and shaping global design principles for diverse retail environments.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail design, shopper marketing, or experience design, preferably in CPG or consumer brand-led settings.
  • Strong track record of delivering scalable in-store solutions with measurable commercial outcomes and ROI.
  • Experience in international markets, understanding regional retail nuances and cultural differences.
  • Deep knowledge of shopper behavior and retail environments.
  • Familiarity with retail analytics and performance measurement, including ROI evaluation of in-store activations.
  • Experience managing creative development processes within budget and timelines.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with a history of building cross-functional relationships.
  • Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement global retail experience principles that align brand storytelling with shopper needs.
  • Create best-in-class B2B retail experiences across various channels and markets.
  • Design commercially viable retail experiences that reflect brand values and enhance shopper interaction.
  • Develop scalable solutions for in-store, online, and omnichannel environments.
  • Equip Business Units with merchandising guidelines and adaptable solutions for diverse retailer needs.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure design solutions meet business objectives and drive growth.
  • Lead and inspire a team of design professionals to foster a culture of creativity and accountability.

Skills

  • Strong design and innovation skills in retail environments.
  • Ability to balance creativity with commercial realities.
  • Knowledge of emerging retail technologies and omnichannel experience integration is a plus.

Education

  • Relevant degree in design, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with design software and retail analytics tools is beneficial.
