Senior Cybersecurity Lead

Job summary

This position involves leading and governing cybersecurity for critical power infrastructure solutions. The role requires defining and executing a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy that integrates security throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably in industrial systems or embedded environments.
• Strong knowledge in product security, ICS/IoT, and secure development practices (DevSecOps).
• Familiarity with Zero Trust, PKI, device identity, and secure firmware.
• Experience working in global, matrixed organizations with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Preferred certifications include CISSP, GICSP, CSSLP, or IEC 62443; experience with IoT platforms and cloud-connected systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the cybersecurity strategy in alignment with business and regulatory needs.
• Implement secure-by-design and DevSecOps practices throughout the product lifecycle.
• Establish security requirements for UPS, PDU, STS, battery, and connected IoT solutions.
• Conduct threat modeling, risk assessments, and manage vulnerabilities.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks such as IEC 62443, ISO 27001, and NIST.
• Oversee product security incident response and certification processes.
• Collaborate with R&D, product, and global teams to enhance cybersecurity capabilities.
• Act as a representative for the organization with customers, auditors, and industry stakeholders.
