Senior Consumer Analyst (Finance, Remote)

Job summary

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
• Background in CRM analytics, customer insights, reporting, pricing, or profitability analysis.
• Experience with large datasets and translating insights into actionable business strategies.
• Graduate degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Quantitative Methods, or equivalent experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the pricing ecosystem for Consumer Loans, ensuring competitive and compliant pricing.
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform pricing and business decisions.
• Refine pricing strategies and governance, ensuring alignment with risk and regulatory requirements.
• Support performance management through forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis.
• Improve reporting and analytics processes through enhanced data-driven methodologies.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance products and campaigns, promoting knowledge sharing.

Skills

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with a business-oriented mindset.
• Clear communication of complex topics in an actionable manner.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; coding skills in SQL, SAS, Python, or R are advantageous.
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
• Relevant experience in at least one Nordic market is beneficial.
