Senior Consultant (ERP Transformation, Hellerup)

Job summary

Seeking experienced senior consultants to lead complex ERP transformation projects across Europe, focusing on ERP strategy, program management, solution architecture, and functional consulting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of ERP consulting experience, including at least one full-cycle implementation (SAP S/4HANA/ECC or Microsoft D365 F&O).
• Deep functional and process expertise in areas such as finance and controlling, order to cash, procure to pay, plan to fulfill, warehousing and logistics, or master data management.
• Experience in leading programs, projects, or PMOs in complex ERP transformations.
• Strong communication skills, capable of structuring and facilitating presentations and workshops in English; proficiency in German or a Scandinavian language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop ERP strategies and road maps, including system and vendor selections and value case definitions.
• Design and manage programs, including PMO setup and independent program assurance using methodologies like SAP Activate and Half Double.
• Conduct business process mapping, optimization, fit-gap analysis, and support test design and execution.
• Oversee data migration, cleansing, governance, and platform data model design.
• Advise CxO-level stakeholders and facilitate decision-making forums.

Education

• Relevant degree in business, IT, or a related field preferred.
