Job summary

Seeking experienced Senior and Intermediate Construction Planners/Schedulers for a major pharmaceutical construction project. This role involves managing detailed project schedules throughout the construction lifecycle in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • 8–15+ years of experience in project scheduling for complex projects
  • Experience across the full lifecycle: design, construction, and commissioning
  • Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field preferred
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies
  • Familiarity with Last Planner methodology is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven project coordination and stakeholder engagement abilities

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed construction schedules
  • Maintain and enhance project control tools
  • Perform Critical Path analysis and optimize schedules
  • Lead Interactive Planning Workshops
  • Engage with project teams from early phases
  • Provide performance updates, identify variances, and suggest corrective actions
  • Define, track, and report on key project milestones
  • Liaise with project management for regular schedule reporting
  • Establish project resource requirements
  • Develop tools to meet project completion targets
  • Contribute to Constructability Reviews
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Align project objectives with client expectations and timelines
  • Ensure execution aligns with established Quality Management Systems
