Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in corporate communications, preferably in global organizations.
• Strong expertise in internal, leadership, and external communications.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English, capable of simplifying complex topics into clear and engaging messages.
• Experience in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
• Proficient in digital communication and content development across various channels.
• Strong business acumen, strategic communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive, structured, and pragmatic with high integrity and advisory skills.
• Comfortable working in a small team with a hands-on approach and high accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage internal communications on key business topics, including strategy updates and organizational changes.
• Develop communication plans and scalable packages for global use to enhance visibility and storytelling.
• Advise senior leaders for internal and external events, creating materials such as scripts, talking points, and press releases.
• Generate written content and enhance presence on corporate social media and external communication channels.
