Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of global Masterbrand campaigns, ensuring creative excellence across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with strategy teams to develop inspiring creative briefs that align with business goals.
  • Oversee the storytelling, messaging, and creative direction of campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Guide creative work across various mediums to ensure culturally relevant execution.
  • Mentor and inspire creative teams through collaborative leadership and constructive feedback.
  • Manage production and partnerships with agencies and vendors for final asset delivery.
  • Advocate for innovative storytelling across social, digital, and emerging platforms.
  • Build strong relationships with leadership and stakeholders to align on creative ambitions.
  • Stay updated on cultural trends and media behaviors to keep work modern and audience-focused.
