  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to leaders, ensuring communication aligns with business priorities
  • Develop and enhance the overall communication channel strategy
  • Lead change communication initiatives
  • Strengthen communication from leadership
  • Create engaging content for various channels including intranet, video, newsletters, and social media
  • Drive targeted communication initiatives and campaigns

Skills

  • Strong storytelling and content creation abilities across different formats
  • Experience with internal communication platforms (e.g., SharePoint)
  • Proficient in video production and live streaming
  • Proactive, structured, and creative approach to communication
  • Experience with employee insights and surveys, both quantitative and qualitative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Education

  • Degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field
