Senior Director of AI Mini-Series Production (Fully Remote)

Job summary

This role involves overseeing the complete production process of vertical short drama series, focusing on storytelling and creative direction. The position is designed for experienced directors who can manage multiple series simultaneously and utilize AI tools for content creation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in directing or showrunning short-form narrative video.
• Strong scripting abilities with a focus on hooks and narrative escalation.
• Familiarity with AI generation tools such as Runway Gen-4 and others; training will be provided.
• Experience with vertical drama formats is preferred.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Goal-oriented with a proactive mindset and a commitment to speed and performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage 1-2 series at a time, each consisting of 10-15 episodes of approximately 1 minute in length, plus trailers.
• Utilize an in-house AI copilot for character consistency and trailer generation.
• Direct, edit, and finalize each episode, crafting scripts and storytelling elements.
• Collaborate with AI content creators and technical teams to enhance production quality.
