  • Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive change without formal authority
  • Expertise in change management frameworks, such as Prosci ADKAR
  • Strong strategic thinking and hands-on execution skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience in global and fast-paced organizations

  • Develop and execute change strategies aligned with business priorities
  • Advise senior leaders on change impacts, readiness, and adoption challenges
