The Senior Change Manager will lead and implement change management strategies for large-scale, complex initiatives within the organization. This role involves partnering with executive leadership and key stakeholders to ensure effective adoption and sustainability of change initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Over 7 years of experience in leading organizational change in large, complex environments.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive change without formal authority.
  • Expertise in change management frameworks, such as Prosci ADKAR.
  • Strong strategic thinking and hands-on execution capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in global, matrixed, and fast-paced organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive change management for high-impact initiatives.
  • Define and implement change strategies aligned with business priorities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders regarding change impacts and readiness.
  • Promote visible sponsorship and accountability among executives.
  • Conduct assessments to address resistance and adoption barriers.
  • Develop clear communication strategies for senior stakeholders.
  • Establish change governance frameworks and track effectiveness.
  • Contribute to enhancing organizational change capabilities and best practices.
