Job summary

This role focuses on optimizing warehouse capacities and logistics flows to enhance efficiency and achieve production targets. The Senior Capacity & Flow Manager will work closely with various teams to ensure effective integration of logistics processes and equipment.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations, supply chain management, or project management.
• Strong global leadership skills in stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30 days per year.
• Experience in a production or factory environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define warehouse capacities and logistics flow requirements for production areas.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive impact analysis methodology for logistics flows.
• Document capacity demands for project execution in structured formats.
• Review and optimize logistic flow processes across operations and warehouse management.
• Collaborate on defining optimal logistics flows aligned with factory layouts and global standards.
