Senior Business Transformation Consultant (Remote)

Job summary

This role involves advising organizations on evolving their strategies, operations, and customer experiences through business transformation and emerging technologies. The consultant will work directly with executive stakeholders to identify opportunities and guide organizations through meaningful change.

Qualifications

• Significant professional experience in management consulting, business transformation, strategy, innovation, technology, operations, marketing, or customer experience.
• Proven ability to advise executives and facilitate discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of AI, automation, digital platforms, data, and technology-driven transformation.
• Excellent written communication, presentation, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive interviews, discovery sessions, workshops, and organizational assessments to understand business challenges and transformation opportunities.
• Analyze operating models, workflows, and performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop strategic recommendations, business cases, and implementation roadmaps.
• Advise organizations on applications of AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Support organizational change initiatives through stakeholder alignment and training strategies.

Skills

• Strong analytical thinking combined with practical business judgment.
• Ability to work independently across multiple engagements while managing complex priorities.
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, marketing automation, analytics, and workflow platforms is beneficial.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

Tools

• Experience with technology-enabled services or developing new business concepts is an advantage.
