Job summary

The role involves leading brand strategy projects within a strategy team that collaborates across various creative disciplines. The Senior Brand Strategist will conduct in-depth research, reframe problems, and guide the development of brand platforms and positioning.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in strategy, whether in an agency, consultancy, or brand-side environment.
  • Strong background in both brand and marketing strategy.
  • Passion for innovative thinking and delivering impactful insights.
  • Proficient in qualitative and quantitative research methods, with a willingness to engage with real people.
  • Ability to navigate stakeholder conversations effectively.
  • Curiosity about culture and societal shifts.
  • Collaborative mindset and interest in teamwork.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Danish is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end brand strategy and marketing projects.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including ethnography and market analysis.
  • Reframe briefs to provide thought-provoking perspectives.
  • Write clearly and effectively across various formats.
  • Design and facilitate engaging workshops for stakeholders.
  • Present ideas confidently to build momentum for projects.
  • Collaborate closely with creative teams including designers and copywriters.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with research tools and workshop facilitation techniques.
