Job summary

The Senior Brand & Communications Lead will be responsible for defining and evolving the brand narrative and communications strategy, enhancing market visibility and customer trust. This role will focus on strengthening the brand's presence in Germany and supporting growth across European markets.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in brand, communications, or corporate positioning, preferably in B2B technology or software.
• Proven track record in rebranding or major brand-development initiatives.
• Strong messaging and storytelling abilities, with a knack for translating complex technical topics into customer-focused narratives.
• Excellent executive influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in international environments is beneficial.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives.
• Preferred: background in enterprise software, ITSM/ESM, cybersecurity, or brand measurement.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the company's positioning, messaging framework, and voice.
• Lead thought leadership and corporate communications efforts.
• Translate technical topics into compelling stories for customers.
• Oversee key campaigns and content, ensuring high-quality brand expression.
• Serve as a brand expert and advisor to stakeholders on campaigns and initiatives.
• Enhance external visibility in priority markets, especially Germany.
• Shape the role of social media within the brand and communications strategy.
• Provide internal communications support during organizational changes.
